I have had these succulents as space fillers in bigger pots. But because they are small, I seldom see them. A few days ago, I decided that they need their own space, so I re-potted them. Now that they are not overshadowed by bigger plants, I enjoy seeing them every time I go onto the balcony.
I was sad when I had to deadhead my Kalanchoe blossfeldiana plants a few months ago. But now all of them are starting to bloom again. This Kalanchoe plant (above) has the most little red flowers.
I got a wine box from the local bottle shop, and it has been a successful herb planter (above). I love having herbs in the garden, mainly because they smell so good.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Fertilizer Friday comes early for me this week!

The succulents look great on their own. You were clever to repot them.
you had me in a panic not once but two times!!! first I thought I missed you last week for FF!!! then...I panicked when I thought I was late for Friday!!! lol
I love your succulents...I wish I had more talent with things that need not so much attention...I tend to over love them and they die!
thanks for linking in....early yet no less!!! lol have a great weekend!
Wow! So so gorgeous!
They look beautiful in their pots. I especially like the grayish green ones in the 2nd picture. I need to find some of them but don't know what they are. I too would have hated to deadhead all of the pretty pink Kalanchoe blossfeldiana blooms. Happy early FF.
@RainGardenier: Thanks :). The name for the succulents in the 2nd pot is Graptoveria. The more reddish ones are "Fred Ives" and the 2 at each end are hybrids. Hope that helps.
Gorgeous succulents...gorgeous arrangement!!!
I am totally in love with them. I love those colourful flowers. Clever of you to grow herbs...the mint looks so good.
Evelyn, All of these pictures are delightful. Your little succulents look nice in pots of their own and I like the wine box herb garden.
Evelyn all your containers look so artistic and beautiful. Love them all.
Looks great! They all look so healthy and I like the containers.
Those are very, very beautiful.
Just lovely! Your succulents look terrific in their own conatiners. Your herbs are so happy!
I love all their scents too.
*hugs*deb
I'm sure one day i will be gardening on a balcony and I hope my plants will look as gorgeous as yours. I love succulents too.
Very nice and so clean looking..what is the second photo of, someone gave me some of that and I have it outside in the garden....I see mint in your herb container, it probably needs it's own home...LOL
Thanks Evelyn, I'm going to see if I can find some or if they are even hardy here.
Been looking around - that Koala Bear is soooooo cute. I wish that's what I'd see when camping. Our bears are more likely to take a big bite out of us!
Thanks everyone for visiting.
@Darla: Graptoveria in 2nd ocntainer.
Yes, mint in the herb container. It's actually got in own little pot in the container, still it grows so well.
I love how the succulents look in those first two planter! Really nice.
Great idea for the wine crate to be used as a planter! I wonder if I can find one around here...
Great succulent containers!!!! The first two are my faves too.
