Remember Whensday – Red tulips

In today’s blog, I would like to share you a drawing and some photos of dashing red tulips.

I have taken a photo of a page from my sketchbook below, which shows a bunch or red tulips drawn in Yorkshire, England in 2008. At the time of the year I was there, tulips were in full bloom.

I took lots of photos of red tulips – these two photos were taken in Yorkshire. We had a wonderful time, and the weather was glorious. We had lots of walks in the country, and ate lots at the pubs, which served really fantastic food.

We visited Boston later, and here are 2 photos of red tulips taken there. I love the city – it has a Melbourne (Australia) feel about it. I particularly enjoyed their lobster rolls and oysters!
