I arrived in Kuala Lumpur a few days ago. It’s hot, hot, hot during the day and wet in the late afternoon, but it is wonderful to be here!.
I haven’t taken many photos. Here are a few flowers from my Mom’s plants.
I love the ginger flower – they are such bold blooms
Beautiful orange birds of paradise
… and papery bougainvillea blooms

I really like ginger. Apparently some varieties are hardy in Vancouver, Canada. I'm excited to look into it further!
