Here’s the gang, minus me (who is the photographer) and a toddle (who is having a nice snooze in her pram)

Someone is resting on the nice grass. The tree next to her is looks unusual

A large group of people were kicking balls near us, and their balls went into the lake twice

A bird came to check out the lake
New cactus section
After a time lazing on the grass, I decided to go for a walk. The following 2 photos show a section that is currently being built. I can’t wait for it to be completed. At the moment, it is fenced off to the public, so I had to reach my camera over the fence to take these photos.

I decided to find the Arid Garden and on the way, took these photos…

Great pictures Evelyn! Thank you for sneaking pics of desert garden under construction. I can't wait to see it finished (you'll go back right?)...those aloes look a little sad, having to be held up by stakes. Poor things.
What a lovely place! That cactus area will be awesome!
It looks like a lovely place, and look how green, and soothing, and soft the grass looks. I haven't seen green grass since last November. It will probably be another month until it warms up enough for it to start growing again.
Wow, gorgeous place! Neat designs in the new cactus section.
A lovely place and all of you seem to be having real fun over there...
Pixellicious Photos
