Veggies from my garden in Thai beef salad

Please allow me to deviate from my usual posts of plant photos and art… to share with you a lovely lunch I made, with greens from my garden.

I made a beautiful Thai Beef Salad a few days ago. It’s a simple dish. Here is my version  – just 4 steps (adjust the amount of ingredients according to taste) :

Add salt and pepper to taste and then dig in!

Real easy but deliciously yummy.

Have a wonderful weekend :).

I like your circular frames; the growing lettuce is my favorite picture, although they all look delicious!
